Seller Agreement

1. Vendor Accounts

Vendor ("Seller") accounts on HTM are created only by HTM administrators as part of an onboarding process; there is no public self-registration for Sellers. By operating a shop on HTM, you agree to this Seller Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Your Responsibilities

Keep your product listings, prices, and stock levels accurate and up to date.

Fulfill orders promptly and prepare them for pickup or delivery as agreed.

Respond to problem reports raised against your orders in a timely and good-faith manner.

Comply with all applicable laws for the goods you sell.

3. Commission

HTM charges a commission on each completed sale, calculated as a percentage of the order subtotal. The applicable rate is configured by HTM and communicated to you at onboarding, and may be updated from time to time with notice.

4. Payouts

Your earnings accumulate in a wallet balance. Payouts are made on request: you submit a payout request for an amount and a method (Zaad, eDahab, or bank), and an HTM administrator reviews and manually disburses it. There is no automatic payout schedule today.

All Seller accounting, including your wallet balance and payouts, is maintained in US Dollars — the Somaliland Shilling (SLSH) option offered to customers at checkout is a customer-facing payment choice only and does not change your USD-denominated earnings.

5. Problem Reports and Refunds

If a customer reports a problem with an order from your shop, you will be able to see the report. HTM administrators make the final decision on how a report is resolved, including whether a refund is issued.

6. Suspension and Termination

HTM may suspend or close your Vendor account for violations of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, or for conduct that harms customers or the platform.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the product descriptions, images, and other content you provide, and you grant HTM a license to display that content on the marketplace as part of operating your shop.

8. Confidentiality

Customer information shared with you to fulfill an order should only be used for that purpose and kept confidential.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in Hargeisa, Somaliland.
