Open the order from your Orders page and use "Report a problem" — this reaches the vendor and, if needed, an HTM admin directly, with your order's details already attached.
Becoming a vendor
Vendor accounts are created by HTM administrators, not through public sign-up. If you run a shop in the market and want to sell online, ask an HTM admin you know to set up your account.
